Thurs 11th Dec 2008	Berkswell, Coventry	Meeting - Surviving Christmas. Shared Supper, will co-ordinate who brings what, so make sure you check in with Jenny before you make or bake! Members are encouraged to bring along one of their favourite herb books, recipe or herbal tip or fact, if it has a christmas application then all the better. There will be more mulled wine, laughs and a raffle.
Thurs 15th Jan 2009	Berkswell, Coventry	Meeting - Herbal Detox. Talk by Jenny with herb teas and tonics demo on ways to begin to get the body back into shape after the holiday excess, raffle.

Dec 6th 2008	Springfield Sanctuary	Workshop - Herb Vinegars & Oxymels. Sarah Head, will be demonstrating the winter use of herb vinegars and oxymels and how to make them. Held at Sarah's home in Solihull from 10am until 2pm with a shared lunch at the end of the workshop. Free but a donation towards the upkeep of the Sanctuary would be appreciate. Workshop includes handouts and samples of things you help make to take home.
